Kara Braxton has signed with Wisły Can-Pack from Poland for the rest of the 2008 season. Poland is a league that Braxton is familiar with as she played the 2005-2006 season with Wystąpiła and averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds per game. Braxton helped lead her WNBA team, Detroit Shock to the WNBA Finals in 2007.
