Taru Tuukkanen was the most valuable player for the Spanish league this past weekend. Tuukkanen had a valoration of 33 points by scoring 27 points, 10 rebounds while receiving 11 fouls. This is the second time this season, Tuukkanen has been awarded MVP for her team Gran Canaria La Caja de Canarias.
Note: Last week her teammate Roneeka Hodges was named MVP as well.
