Euroleague Final Set Brno vs Spartak Moscow Region

Gambrinus Brno came back in overtime to beat France's Bourges 90-81. Starting slow throughout the game, Brno finally woke up, and played like it was their last possible game. The game was close until the very end while Brno was down 70-75 they managed to hit a 3 pointer and several shots to take the game into overtime. In overtime, it was all Brno and Bourges could not manage to keep their strengths from the regular time.

Brno will face Spartak Moscow Region in the Finals after beating UMMC Ekaterinburg 78-68. Lauren Jackson and Tina Thompson ignited the offense for Spartak by scoring 35 and 25 points respectively. Although trailing in the second period, Spartak was lead by Jackson and Taurasi in the second half. UMMC had a number of runs but in the end it was all Spartak Moscow Region.

On Sunday, Spartak Moscow Region will look to spoil Gambrinus Brno on their home court in the Euroleague Basketball Women's Finals 2008.
