As the Eurobasket Championships near, Spain is gaining momentum. They recently won the basketball Belgium Namur Basketball Tournament which was hosted by Belgium. The last game Spain prevailed over Lithuania (73-66).

Today, Spain will return to Madrid to play their final pre-games September 18-19 against China before heading to Italy next week for Eurobasket Women 2007
