Holland U16 - Group C

Yvonne Lansink was called in as a late replacement for Hans Bais as head coach. Hans step down on health grounds 7 weeks ago. Yvonne was the head coach last year and as head of the development U15 programme is no stranger to the system or the girls

The final preparation started with a two match drawn series against England that gave Yvonne the chance to access her players in action against another traditional Div B U16 team.

Holland then hosted another competition and played against Germany, Ireland and Luxembourg. Holland finished in 3rd position. Not ideal results but the objective of the tournament was to build a team and this was achieved. With Holland and Ireland both in the same group and the possibility of meeting Germany in the qualifying round of the European Champion this tournament was a good warm up.

The 12-player roster includes Rosanne Guyt who was the youngest player in the squad that played in 2006
