USA Womens National Team Win In Overtime Against Perfumerias Avenida

Team USA 69 - Perfumerías Avenida 66

USA National Team veterans came through at the end of the game and overtime to win 69-66 over the top Spanish Team Perfumerías Avenida. However, the first quarter the local Spanish team exhibited a top level and American on the squad Tracy Reid showed her level. The second period was pretty much even in play going into the second half. 

The third period Perfumerías Avenida started strong and managed a 10 point advantage over the USA Women's National team. However, in the fourth quarter, Team USA came out strong going scoring 11-2 run, led by Seimone Augustus. Avenida's came back however and managed to take the game into overtime. 

In overtime, Team USA showed its strength and poise to go on to win by 2 points.
