Australia and USA Undefeated Road To Semifinals

Australia and Team USA have both dominated the quarterfinal games against their opponents and look forward to clearing the next hurdle to face each other in the finals. Penny Taylor for Australia sprained her ankle during their defeated the Czech Republic by 33pts (79-46). Australia will face host nation China in the semifinals on Thursday.

The USA dominated Korea by 44points and Sylvia Fowles was unstoppable as she scored 26pts and 14 rebounds in only 22 minutes of play. USA will face Russia on Thursday in the semifinals where they will play against American Becky Hammon.
