image Top female basketball players in the NCAA, Candace Parker and Candice Wiggins will head it out in the Finals in Tampa Bay on Tuesday. Wiggins of Standford has helped the university back to the NCAA Womens Finals in 9 years. Parker who garnered last years NCAA Womens Championship looks to get a repeat. UConn was defeated by Standford 82-73, Wiggins scored 22 points and 10 rebounds. Tennessee defeated LSU 46-45, while coming back in late during this highly defensive game. Parker played well despite her dislocated shoulder by scoring 13 points, 15 rebounds and one assist.

Notes: Parker has decided to skip her senior year to enter the WNBA Draft, where she is expected to be the number 1 pick.
