UCONN Breaks Own Record With 71 Consecutive Wins

Nothing comes new for the UCONN Womens' Basketball program, yesterday they summed up to break their won record with 71 consecutive victories. UCONN Women's basketball coach Geno Auriemma and current coach of the USA Womens National Tea, has seen this streak many years before but the program is getting stronger and better every year. During the era of UConn's 2001-03 team, they captured records streaks and titles. This could be a new beginning as the NCAA Tournament will begin in a couple of weeks. 

Right now, UCONN is focusing on the Big East Tournament and will face a rival foe, Rutgers who is making runs in the Big East Conference and non-ranked.
