The WBCBL has been selected to assist the Puerto Rico Women National Team to prepare for the upcoming Centro Basket and Centro Americanos games.“We are honored to have this opportunity with our guest from Puerto Rico and looking forward to testing our teams on the International circuit, says Shirl Johnson (WBCBL Sun Coast Regional Director)”
During the week June 14-17th, teams in the WBCBL Sun Coast Region will host exhibition games against the Puerto Rico Women National Team in head-to-head competition.
Games will take place as follows:
- June 14 – Brevard Flame
- June 15 – Jacksonville Cougars
- June 16 – Savannah Lady Warriors
- June 17 – Orlando Extreme
