L.A. Sparks Win 2008 WNBA Top Pick

Los Angeles now can put a smile on their face after the disappointing 2007 summer season. The L.A. Sparks won the top pick in the WNBA Lottery Draft. Look for the Sparks to be strong with Lisa Leslie returning and the additional number one pick.

The winning team had 341 chances out of 1,000 to receive the first overall selection. The Chicago Sky will have the second pick in the draft followed by the Minnesota Lynx, Atlanta, Houston Comets and Washington Mystics.
