The newest coach named for the Seattle Storm was given to Brian Agler. Agler is not new to the WNBA as he served as coach for Minnesota Lynx and assistant coach for the San Antonio Silver Stars. His responsibilities in Seattle is head coach duties as well as director of player personnel.

It has become popular to say the least in Women's Professional Basketball where the head coach has more than one responsibility. Is this hurting or helping the organization?
