Yolanda Griffin - announced retirement after season ending injury and finished with 12 seasons and WNBA Championship.

Lisa Leslie - the most recognized female basketball player in the world and with the most honors announced her retiredment last season
- Los Angeles Sparks (1997–2009)
Vicky Johnson - mostly under rated players and hardest working in the game. Finished with 12 seasons.
- New York Liberty (1997-2005)
- San Antonio Silver Stars (2006-2009)
Shannon (Pee Wee) Johnson - announced retirement from the WNBA but will continue overseas finished with 11 years in the WNBA.
