Euroleague Women Final Four Almost Set

Three teams have made a clean sweep and will be headed to the Euroleague 2009/2010 Final Four. One of the biggest surprises was the sweep of Ros Casares over last year's final contestant Halcon Avenida. Ros Casares did have to fight hard in the final game with a win by only 6 points (63-57). Spartak Moscow Region had to fight as well with their 2 point win over Fenerbahce (87-85). While, UMMC Ekaterinburg had a pretty easy win over Good Angels Kosice during the first meeting by 25 points, however the second time around they had to shove off the Good Angels with a 5 point difference. UMMC Ekaterinburg will face  Spartak Moscow Region in the Final Four. The two powerhouse teams from Russia and only one could home with a title to their homeland Russia. It will be interesting. 

Next, the only teams left to battle for a place in the Final Four are: Frisco Sika Brno vs Wisla Can-Pack... The series is tied 1-1 and the game will take place in Poland with Wisla Can-Pack with home court advantage. The winner will take on Ros Casares who have time to rests between national games and the Euroleague Competition after sweeping home rival Halcon Avenida
