Fenerbahce punched their way into the finals as they leaned on their huge rally in the final two quarters to defeat Good Angels Kosice, 68-56, in their final-four showdown.

Good Angels Kosice led by the seven points at the half, but the Turkish club caught fire and stepped up on the defensive end of floor in the third period to turn things around. The game was still tied at 43 in the third period, but Fenerbahce pulled away with a decisive 21-5 run en route to the huge victory.

I can't believe we have made history for Turkish women's basketball and that we will now get to play in the Championship game. We played much better defense and with energy in the second half and that was really important for us.”

On the other hand, UMMC Ekaterinburg earned the other finals berth with a dominating 73-44 win over Bourges Basket in front of an ecstatic Russian crowd at the DIVS Sports Hall in Ekaterinburg.

Candace Parker had another dominating performance as she finished with 24 points and 14 rebounds, while Diana Taurasi added 16 points to go along with five rebounds and five assists for the Russian powerhouse.

“I wouldn't say there's a sense of relief, but it's just really nice to get the third place monkey off our back. Playing in Sunday's Final is what we have been working for all season,” Candace Parker said after the game.”
